Mel is Founder and Principal Strategist at Delightful Communications, a Seattle-based Modern Marketing, Branding and Digital PR consulting firm. His mission is to educate and inspire businesses and individuals to make the most of the explosion of digital media and technology and successfully apply strategies that focus on Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Employee Advocacy Programs and Personal Branding.

Kirk Ouimet

Kirk Ouimet is an engineering leader at Snap in Los Angeles, California. While attending BYU he founded Scan, Inc. with fellow students Garrett Gee and Ben Turley. Scan's mission was to build technology to connect the digital and physical worlds. Scan was acquired by Snap in 2014 for $54 million dollars. Since the acquisition, Kirk has built a team of engineers at Snap working on creative tools, Snapcodes, and music features for the Snapchat app.

John Doherty

John Doherty is a Denver-based entrepreneur and growth marketing consultant currently building GetCredo.com. Over the years he has worked for agencies, in-house, and for himself. He's seen over 700 businesses looking to hire an agency or consultant and gets really excited to connect great people.In his spare time, he writes and explores Colorado and the world with his wife Courtney and their very large black labrador Butterbean.

Joe Martin

Joe Martin has a BS in Finance and a MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Utah. He has worked more than ten years in consumer data analysis, corporate strategy, and digital marketing.His analyses have been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Associated Press, and Forbes. Joe is currently a social analytics lead at Adobe.

Justin Rondeau

Justin runs all of the optimization efforts and split tests at Digital Marketer. A top-rated domestic and international speaker, Rondeau has spent his career working on optimization campaigns & has trained some of the leading optimization teams at Fortune 500 companies. Rondeau has run 100s of tests for both B2B and eCommerce brands and has analyzed 3,000+ tests across virtually every industry.

Sahil Jain

Sahil Jain is the CEO and co-founder of AdStage, an all-in-one advertising platform that helps marketers manage, automate, and report on their ad campaigns across search and social networks. Sahilco-founded his first company, Y-Combinator & SV Angel backed Trigger.io, at 20. He dropped out of UC Berkeley at 19 to join AOL Corporate Development and dropped out of High School at 17 to join Yahoo! Mobile. Prior to that, Sahil worked in the professional video game industry. He’s spoken at leading advertising and business conferences, such as Advertising Week, Ad:Tech, and many others.

Christi Olson

Christi is the Search Evangelist at Microsoft in Seattle, Washington. Christi is passionate about digital and has spent her career helping businesses solve their marketing challenges and goals through studying and analyzing data to develop actionable insights and strategies.Prior to joining the team at BingAds within Microsoft, Christi has worked both at agencies and in-house at Point It, PointMarc, Expedia, Harry & David, and at MSN, Bing, Windows teams at Microsoft.

Dan Markham

Over the past few years, Dan’s life has completely changed. He was a sales representative for Pfizer and made a respectable living. Tony Wright

James Svoboda

James Svoboda is CEO at WebRanking and has been in search marketing since 1999. James is also Co-Founder and former President of MnSearch, the Minnesota Search Engine Marketing Association, a contributor to Marketing Land, an ADworld Experience ambassador, a judge for Search Engine Land's Landy awards, and #PPCchat supporting partner.He currently resides in Eden Prairie with his lovely wife and two beautiful children, whom he works tirelessly with to convert into lifelong Star Wars fans.

Aaron Levy

Aaron has been in digital for over a decade, starting when he was “given the keys to the car” and ran PPC for DuPont as a college junior. Now a Sr. Team Lead at Elite SEM, he oversees a growing team across North America who manage paid search for some of the largest brands in the world.He's a sought after international speaker, an adjunct instructor at Drexel & University of Vermont, and has been shortlisted for marketer of the year by Search Engine Land + Trailblazer of the Year by Microsoft.

Michelle Roberts

Michelle Roberts has been in digital marketing for eight years and currently oversees $30 million in annual Ad spend. She’s worked in all aspects of paid search from the technical build outs to managing large enterprise client relationships. She excels in account strategy, assessing risk and profitability, and managing client expectations. Michelle leads Finch’s US and APAC client teams to strategically grow and improve accounts.

Simon Heseltine

Simon Heseltine is the Vice President of Search at ForRent.com, helping drive brand awareness and traffic to one of the nation’s top apartment rental sites.His past experience includes running Global SEO for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading the award winning Audience Development team at AOL, and even a stint on the agency side working with multi-national e-commerce / publishing / non-profit sites. Simon also sits on the board of SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization).

Ginny Marvin

Ginny Marvin is Third Door Media’s Associate Editor, assisting with the day to day editorial operations across all publications and overseeing paid media coverage. Ginny Marvin writes about paid online marketing topics including paid search, paid social, display and retargeting for Search Engine Land and Marketing Land. She regularly leads keynote discussions with executives from leading advertising platforms at Search Marketing Expo. With more than 15 years of marketing experience, Ginny has also held both in-house and agency management positions. She can be found on Twitter as @ginnymarvin.

Burke Morely

Burke Morley is the head of creative and content for Sonic and is responsible for the conceptualization, development and production of all advertising, brand content and Sonic merchandising. Morley comes to Sonic from Nike where he oversaw marketing for the Nike Training category for North America. Previously at Nike he was the head of marketing and branding for Nike Mexico in Guadalajara, Mexico. Prior to his work at Nike, Burke was the VP of brand strategy for Mood Media, the largest experience design agency in the world. Burke has also spent much of his career focused on lifestyle marketing for American Eagle and Abercrombie & Fitch and launched the Hollister brand online.

Elisabeth Osmeloski

Elisabeth has over 18 years experience in digital marketing and is the co-founder of SLC|SEM, starting the association in 2011 after seeing the rise of Utah’s search marketing stars at industry events. She is VP of Brand Marketing & Experience for Third Door Media, working on event production and overseeing the experience for attendees of Search Marketing Expo and the MarTech Conference series. In addition, she manages multiple marketing tasks for leading publications Search Engine Land, Marketing Land and MarTech Today.
