Our First Presenter: Richard Bitton

Presentation Title: Building a Powerful Digital Referral & Partner Program

Presentation Description: 

Richard has personally consulted over 200 companies in 20+ verticals on building out a referral & partner program. In this presentation, Richard will discuss why 90+% of referral programs are wasting their time with the wrong referral strategies. 

He will address solutions on each of the following referral topics:

  • How his company turns 80% of their new customers into Referral Partners (that introduce them to a minimum of 10 decision-makers at other companies).
  • Good Referral Incentives vs. Bad Referral Incentives (The difference between "proactive" & "reactive" referral incentives).
  • "When" & "When Not" to ask for a referral.
  • Best ways to have customers (or partners) submit a referral and how this varies in B2B vs. B2C.
  • How to give referral partners complete transparency into the referrals they send you.
  • How to compensate referral partners and how to stop tracking things in a spreadsheet.

Bio: Richard Bitton Richard is the CEO @ Revetize. He's founded 3 companies 2 home services and now tech. Grew home service company to $5M in sales in the first year. Has consulted hundreds of business owners and marketers on scaling their businesses through referral and partner programs.  He currently coaches clients driving millions in monthly referral revenue. Having worked with clients in more than 30 verticals (B2C & B2B) there aren't many referral use cases he hasn't tested.

Presentation Title:  Creating a 10x Growth Plan

Presentation Description:

Everyone talks about growth but how do you actually do it? Growth is wildly important for all businesses but especially for early-stage startups. How do you integrate brand/growth/product marketing to put together a plan that will help you understand the crazy dynamic environment we all find ourselves in?  Is there a framework that helps marketers actually be able to repeat growth regardless of the business and the industry? 

John will share his key frameworks and processes that have helped him find growth and success for various types of businesses and industries.

You’ll learn:
  • How to develop a growth model and create a GTM strategy that works.
  • Learning how to set up proper experiment design for your growth strategy

He has his M.B.A. from the University of Utah and has taught over 500 students at various colleges and universities.

His life's mission other than his family is to elevate others by breaking down perceived barriers to their dreams.

John actively gives back to the community by serving on multiple advisory boards, and organizations and he speaks at various educational and industry conferences each year.
